Just some nice similarities.

"Like I'm Gonna Lose You" by Meghan Trainor and John Legend reminds me a lot of "Die with a Smile" by Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga. It has a similar overall topic but also a few similar lines.

Just goes to show how diverse music can be even in the same genre.

Usually when someone asks I say an answer that will always be right when describing what kind of music I like. The song is called "Vivo Por Ella" by Andrea Bocelli and Marta Sanchez. If you check out my other threads I've translated it into english. I like the Spanish version because it's the first I ever heard but there are versions for a couple languages. I find the Italian/German one with Judy Weiss to be just as great as the one I enjoy.

I love the topic of the song.

I've listened to so many songs it's actually difficult to pick favorites.

I mean listening to songs even just a few songs in each language gives you so many options. I know many songs in English and Spanish, some in Italian and less in French, that I enjoy.

@peacefulpurple08 that is true hehe, it's also quite amazing how one doesn't even have to be fluent in a language to be able to enjoy the music in it! I love that about music being a universal language!🥰

I weirdly do understand them pretty well. I think it mostly has to do with my mom and her speaking to me in multiple languages since I was born. It's not a perfect understanding but it's okay.

@peacefulpurple08 oh wow, I'm impressed with anyone who knows more than 2 languages haha, that's awesome really, even to be able to understand! Way to go!

How would I explain, knowing Spanish really helps when trying to understand Italian and Portuguese.

Portuguese sort of feels like misread or misspoken Spanish, the first time you hear it. It's not as hard to understand.
