I used to define myself as a metalhead. I was addicted to metal music. After all the traumas I went through, I realized that metal music had a direct impact on my outlook of life in a negative/depressive/pessimist way. So I have to say goodbye. It was one of the most radical decisions of my life.

The screams in the music meant nothing to me anymore. I think I manage to accept life as it is.
