Yes! I will dance to the simplest of beats to almost every song. Most of the time it's to annoy my little sister haha! but dancing really helps also with pumping you up like before exercising.
I love K-pop a lot and choregraphers of K-pop are people whose so talented. There are groups like Just Jerk, 1 million, YGX, etc. 1 million is most famous.

I love to dance. It just relieves so much tension and stress. I immediately feel better after dancing. I usually dance to Kpop or Pop. I even learned Kathak, a traditional Indian dance form.
I do street dance but only alone
