@Juju98 @Juju98 I can attest to this - knowing yourself enriches all relationships. It takes just as much commitment as it does with a partner. Treating yourself kindly even and especially in hard times, understanding why your first reactions are what they are. Of course we can never TRULY know ourselves, but we can keep trying always.
I think this is apparent in other people too, when they're putting in the work of being with themselves. Makes relationships with them so much fuller.
