Ideas for motivation
Hi all, I wonder if you all had ideas for motivation for getting off bed during mornings and start your days on a positive note, or as motivated as possible. For the last few years I feel really tired despite sleeping 6-7 hours on a daily basis, having a bed routine, and exercising on a very regular basis. However, I cannot give up a sense of frustration and "defeat" while I wake up, shower, etc. I have lost passion for things I usually liked.
@JoWerther I have the same problem! I read a book called Atomic Habits that helped me to learn some new skills in building and maintaining healthy habits. It's still hard though. I think I have to remind myself that the gratification for healthy habits is long term, not short :) VS the instant gratification I get by falling into my old patterns
