Your post is spot on and, while I am reminded this all the time, it is so hard for me to accept. Personally, I am constantly pushing myself, which isn't a bad thing if you do it in moderation and aren't obsessed with it, but I tend to push myself too much to the point where it effects my physical, emotional and/or mental well being. I'm the guy who knows the right answers, the right things to do, and can give the advice, yet doesn't do it himself......the "I don't take my own advice" guy

It is so important to be nice to ourselves, take a good care od yourself
