Current situation & Goals for the end of 2024 : 


MY OWN PERSONAL PHYSICAL GOALS : 

62 kgs & 67 kgs

4 pack abs & 6 pack abs with an inverted V

Lean face good jawline & sharp face wider jaw 

Slim neck & Muscular neck

Narrow shoulders & Broad shoulders 

Thin arms / forearms & lean Muscular arms / forearms

Lean body & Lean Muscular body 

Dark brown skin & Light brown skin 

Zero sunlight & 1 hour everyday

Min workout & workout 6 days a week.


STUDIES : 

 Beginning & Finish reading in 3 months>Project>Job.
