What is something that holds you back? What is something that helps you?
Something that holds me back: My anxiety tends to limit the amount of friends I have, and times I go out. It's hard on me to do those things.
Something that helps me: When I can't sleep due to my anxiety, I'll lay on the cold floor, hugging my pillow and I'll listen to my radio. Or, when I'm having a panic attack in public, I stop, I say something that I love (a person, a hobby), and I think of that and take deep breaths before I continue on. Music, sleep, coffee, my favorite listener here Elaijah, and make-up are also things that help.

Something that holds me back: Depression and anxiety. They stop me from doing the most "normal" things and is really dismotivating. Also stops me from going out to jogg because I freak out about my body.
Something that helps me: music, tea, sweets, games, books, plushies, paste colours, disney, ghibli, HP and could be here forever haha
Also when my family is somehow supportive and same with my bf.
Fear that I will fail. That I am not good enough. I could call it the ,,little evil voice" in my head persuading me that I can't do something.
What helps is: Music, being outside, just chilling with friends.
Something that holds me back is that when I feel lthat the things I pursue or my ideas doesn't seem supported by my fam and friends. It holds me down and begging for them to support me or get excited with me.
My family and doctors and therapist and friends.
What holds me back to speak up when entering a company and feeling that they are not feeling' me.
