@Sunisshiningandsoareyou so proud of you <3 I hope you keep walking through beautiful flower beds but if you do have to ever crawl again, I'll make the ground slippery so you slide to where you have to go quickly :D

@Anyakn0625 I had to build a whole new self to be able to move on, sometimes held on to the hate and sometimes to all the love I've ever felt ^^<3

I just came here to talk about this same topic.

We seek techniques to keep us going. There are many techniques that help us individually. Regardless of all the examples I give below, it seems that these techniques lose their power or potency after we use them a few times. 

Praying, Meditation, Audio books, Music in all of its different genres for different moods, Motivational speeches, Inspirational speeches, Background TV shows, Taking walks, Talking to pets, Talking to friends, Taking showers for fresh start, At times Medication and Self medication. a Goodnights sleep, Eating healthy, Drinking lots of water. Pure bull headiness, Determination, Diligence, Fear.

These were on my mind because I have been mentally immobilized for some time now. Everytimme I thought of one or two of these.... it was like.... ehhh, old news, repetitive, won't work. 

But now that I made a very easy reminder list to reference..... ONE or more should be tried for an hour or so until one does work.
