Unmotivated
Despite wanting to do things like brush my teeth or go for a walk I seem to get stuck, like I cannot bring myself to get up and do it. Any advice?

Sometimes you just gotta do it.
Give yourself a time frame to be lazy all you want and when that time is up, get (your butt) up and do it.
It works for me ❤️
It's called feeding your monkey brain (that part of you that's unmotivated)
You can make negotiations with it. .
"Hey, we agreed I was going to lay in bed till this time, then amma get up & get this done. Well that time is up. I gotta go"
And give yourself a reward when you do what you said you would do.
That way your brain pairs reward to.you actually taking a break from being unmotivated to do what you said you would do.
