It's ok to support your wellness in ways that work for *you*

Just a reminder that wellness can look like what you need instead of what others swear by works for them. For instance, peace and calm and healing comes from complete silence with my ear buds or being in the forest. It's having a bowl of chips and dip. It's not always doing the to-do list right away. What does it look like for you?

It's really important for me to plan ahead with chronic pain which means setting a reminder to stretch every half hour/hour. I have to stay active enough to not be stiff but also not so intense exercise that causes strain. I keep medicine and heat nearby - I have a stuffed frog I can microwave and it helps my pain a lot when I'm at the desk for a long time.
