self-care saturday 💗🫶🏽
today is self care saturday for me.
i decided that i wanted to get back into my healthy habits so i could feel better about myself on a daily basis. one of those healthy habits included journaling. i made my journal entry and thought i’d share what that was like for me.
i started off with a quote i found, it reads,
“every sunrise is a reminder that you have a new day to fill with positivity and possibility.”
my journal prompts :
• five things i am grateful for
• intention for the day
• who do i want to be for myself and others?
• affirmations
to me, journaling is a very good mind exercise, especially in the mornings and before bed.
journaling really do help you to feel better about yourself, and even better throughout the day.
