I am a member and still feeling a bit lost. The whole month has been about me feeling lost and alone, trying to figure out why. I am a teacher, losing my grip, losing my passion. Has anyone else felt like this? I breathe in and breathe out, try to start a new day. But every day ends with me being unhappy in my work and in this world. I wish for a do over. Thanks for reading, hopefully i can come back with more positive outlook.

Same, it happens. You can be a teacher and lose passion. It's okay. What goes down will go back up again. It helps when you get breaks or distance from it.
I stopped teaching after my first year, and became a substitute teacher because I was confused and stressed by teaching. I like subbing and am enjoying to fill in for Special Day classes/Resource classes. It's rekindling my self esteem in my self. I'm also pouring so much self care and doing boring/fun/interesting small activities to create changes and interest in my daily life.
I digressed with a little about me. I just want you to know @whereismymind, you're not alone in this. Have a mental and physical break <3
