New to Mindfulness

LittleAzurite January 23rd, 2020

I've always wanted to get into mindfulness. The few times I have tried it I felt it was good for me, and the benefits seem astounding. I just don't know where to start. As a teen, I don't have much money. I can't pay for the programs like Headspace. I don't know where else to go for mindfulness programs to guide me that I don't have to pay for. I am 15 and will not get a job until next year. I feel like I need some guidance and a program, and it would be weird to go into this blindly.
