Mindfulness in the car?

Anybody have tips or tricks for practicing mindfulness in the car (passenger) to help overcome anxiety?

@intellectualPenguin5720 I listen to music and observe nature such as birds and trees. Sometimes I do deep breathing when I am very nervous as a passenger.

54321 exercice to use the senses and observe, listening to guided meditations, looking outside, or looking for specific details (for example looking for birds, things of a particular colour, or looking at gardens...) That's a nice distraction !

Also listening to music or audio books 🎧
