Mindfulness and Meditation apps

Hello everyone!
This last weeks I've been practising a bit of meditation and I've felt it did good to me.
I was looking for apps I can download on my phone to keep the practise going. Any recommendations??
Thank you!! 💖💖

Calm is my go to for sleep and the app has some amazing quick meditations.
Have you worked through the meditation self help guide here on 7 cups?

I'm finding a lot of relief from the Tapping Solution app. It's also referred to as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). There are different guided meditations you can listen to while tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while listening to calming, positive affirmations and releasing difficult emotions you might be struggling with. It's shown to lower cortisol, which I find to be a great relief. They are short, simple and there are a number of free meditations to choose from--might be worth trying out🧘♂️

’d advise starting with a conversation about your goals and current experience in yoga and meditation. From there, I’d tailor guidance to your unique needs, focusing on building a practice that feels authentic, achievable, and aligned with your wellness journey.
I am also a fitness coach. If you are free I can guide you.

Hello, sure!
Basically all of this came because for about a year and a half I've been doing some shoulder stretches from a youtube channel. Recently I tried one of her videos which said "stretches for stress relief", and the first exercise is just deep breathing and I felt wowed, and gave me curiosity to try more. She is called Mady Morrisson. I tend to have tension on my shoulders and neck, which is what I want to reduce, and it does come from stress. I also tend to do it at night, so it helps me with that and also to relax the mind and let me sleep, but I will start a new job soon, so I will have a different routine and might want to start doing yoga, stretches or meditation in the mornings as well.

Hi @alsea ✨
I love Insight Timer - it has been so good to me to find so many different meditations, talks, music… highly recommended
