I use the Mindfulness exercises to begin my day today. I feel at peace. It is so practical and useful for everyday living. I find myself doing it when I am just doing my normal everyday activites by doing simple breath work. I also use visualization of a place or remembering a moment in time when I feel positive . I am grateful that I am here to further explore the use of mindfulness in other ways. Here is the link.
