Brush your teeth. Feel the freshness in your mouth. How does it feel? Does it feel cool? Mint-y? Observe it. If you have another kind of toothpaste at hand, wait a little and then try it with that one. What changed?

Thanks for the reminder. I have periods of time where I tend to forget to brush especially when I'm deeply depressed during these moments I usually use post it notes or a reminder on my phone.

I always underestimate the "fresh" feeling of brushed teeth every night/morning! I need to enjoy the mintiness of my toothpaste more haha!
Thank you!!! believe it or not, since my strokes I forget to get dressed, brush my teeth or hair and take baths. I can't believe I forget that lovely feeling of what it is like to actually get those things done. I think you have just given me a reason to remember or at least a way.
