There are things we can't change. So I help you to find out what you can change and how to do it easily. I'll also work with you on your mood to feel more relaxed and confident. If you don't want to do any of this, it's okay too. You can also just share your thoughts and you can be sure you'll be heard.

...See more Drawing is a wonderful way to describe your feelings and overcome trauma, just as writing. For therapeutic drawing you don't need expensive things or experience or talent in art. First ask yourself: How does my mind look like? Are there colours? Red, blue, green, black? How many of them? Do they form some kind of structure? Or can you see a methaphorical picture in your head? Like you're hunted by demons or trying to hug your reflexion in a mirror? How does it look like? Now: Paint. Either with a pencil, acryl, coloured pencils etc. Everything is allowed and there's no ugly here. How does your painting look like? (You can even only paint it in your head, that works as well if you don't have any paper here)

I still have problems to understand how people with eating disorder think and how to help them. I would like you to share what is great advice that you've gotten here or by therapists and what are no-gos to say. If you have a big problem with eating disorders, what should a listener like I am say to make you feel better or to make progress? Please add the kind of eating disorder you have to better understand and sort it. Thanks for answering these questions, I'd really want to help all of you the most I can.
