Hi, is there a library on the site where I can find all the mindfulness tracks that pop out as exercises in the growth path? Thanks!

Yes there are. You can go under "Path" and click "Mindfulness Exercises" or click here

I love the mindfulness video library - click HERE for some great relaxation videos 💜

I also find that practising mindfulness before going to bed can really help with sleeping better

Also I am glad that you appreciate this thread. I myself am trying to be more mindful so that I can work on my focus with my school work and life in general. Although I am very organized, focus is not one of my strong suits and I need to work on that. I appreciate the contributions of anyone who has been so kind to share with me what they do to be mindful :D

@kylerj78 thanks for your interest in mindfulness. Mindfulness is like personalities. It is different for all of us.

For me stretching forward to stretch my back gently or rolling my shoulders back helps me relax. Taking a belly breath and letting it out is something I like to release tension.

I listen to see what I can hear, smell to see what scents I detect, taste food slowly and mindfully and sense and feel the cold or hot on my hands. here are videos that might help. https://www.7cups.com/forum/MindfulnessSupportCommunity_106/ResourceLibrary_1062/

HI Kyler thanks for this thread. hmm exercise oh do I hate that wordlaughI guess for me I make sure I stretch and arch my back alot as I was in a car accident several years ago. So I do hate that lower pain-stretches I am very mindful of

I always connect mindfulness automatically to the meditations I do, here is a link to "You are amazing" from Honest Guys https://youtu.be/kpxXFxSNCF8 which I like a lot.

I have a few things, one of them is going around the house, touching and smelling the plants, trying to listen what others tell my in a mindful way, really trying to understand what they want to say.
