Some ways to de-stress

I know, that I'm not the only one who goes through stress, and I know that not everyone knows how to manage it! :C
So..
I thought I would share what I do ! :) :
⭐ I watch ASMR videos ( these are videos where sounds or voices are created by a person to give u a tingly calming sensation ) I find them very relaxing :3
⭐ I also have downloaded an app called "Fabulous" - This app helps manage your day and keep healthy , calm and active throughout the day.
⭐ I take a break , because taking a break once in a while is good. Just sit. Drink some tea or go for a walk take a snooze even ! <3
⭐ Once in a while I find some time to meditate and that really helps me keep calm.
Typically I listen to music, but if that does not work, I try meditating.
Usually this consists of settling down in a completely dark room for me with little to no noise in the background. Some people do sitting up or laying down, personally I enjoy the latter better. I place my hands on my stomach and I do my best to focus completely on my breathing, or on what I like to call a relaxation place. :P The whole point is to get your body to 'sink' into the bed and relax as much as possible.
If you feel like you need help with this, just try to get the breathing part down first. Having a video might help you; progressive muscle relaxation videos are absolutely awesome for this, actually. Anyways, that's what I do. :)
@gingerfluff I always enjoy meditation. But sometimes i can't seem to find the time ! :(

I am also stretched for time sometimes, unfortunately. Sometimes I plan a time about a week in advance or try to get meditation done in the early morning/late night. Sometimes the drowsiness helps you achieve that focus in meditation, at least for me. :)
