Yes, I find meditation quite calimg as well. Personally, I love to combine it with journaling and candles. Have you tried the Headspace app?

Headspace is awesome!! I have done the free step thingy and now I am using calm guided meditations. Thank you!

Hi ! I was wondering if someone has any tips on meditation, I try it for a week and then I forget about it and stop meditating. I find it boring and not helpful, is it because I haven't found the type of meditation that works for me? Or should I just give up trying to like it?
