@soothingPerspective57 Welcome! I wish you the best on your mindfulness journey. Remember, mindfulness is a muscle, and like any muscle it grows as we work it out. None of us start out perfect in our use of it. Have patience, and practice consistency, and you'll see your mindfulness skills grow. :)

Cool, I'm new too. I just joined 5 minutes ago. I try to meditate daily, but I would like to be more present throughout the day. Not only that but I'd like to try to appreciate the little things, instead of stressing over the big things. Here's to a new start and new stories.
