Mindful Moments of Coloring
More and more adults are turning to a passion that was loved as a child - coloring. Choosing colors, choosing their location, choosing how they'll apply the color to the space -- it seems to lift you from your thoughts and into a state of creative relaxation. Maybe it transports us to a time that was simpler -- compared to our whirlwind lives today at least.

Now that I have plied you with articles and research, who's ready to color??
I'll try to post various pages a week... so I hope you can take time and enjoy this simple bit of joy.
Remember, be kind to yourself. You won't be judged for your work, you don't have to stay in the lines, you don't have to make grass green or the sun yellow if you don't want -- have fun and just scribble away.
Helpful hint:
To save the page to your computer and print for later enjoyment - right-click the image and choose save as. Remember your saving location for your file so you can find it when you are ready to print.
For your mobile device -- each screen cap system is different -- so I hope you know your device.
Print, color, and enjoy.
A little more research to encourage you to color, get creative, meditate through ink/crayon/pencil.
