Useful Mindfullness resource for people who spends whole day with computer/mobile

Hi Community,

I thought to share some of mindfullness VR videos which helped me lately when I was going through lot of demotivations and laziness. and these videos helped me get back to track.

Before I share the resources, I would like to share little about myself. I am person who spends almost all my time with either computer or mobile and rest time either eating or sleeping, with no physical workout and very less socializing. I have been very enthusiastic about tech stuffs and thats what kept me busy all day with computer/mobile, but recently because of series of events I have been quite demotivated and I wasn't even intrested in doing things which I always liked. I started to sleep all day and this in turn had more side effects and made me more demotivated and I completely lost my track. I tried multiple times to get back to my work/things i like, but i was not motivated enough to do things and after few hours of trying i used to go back to bed again and sleep.

After all this demotivation I tried to go out few times to hang out but it didn't help much, probably working out might have helped but i am not big fan of working out. So nothing was help for me and my almost one month spent like this, Today i was searching for some meditation videos and I found few of Mindfullness VR videos. I watched them with lights off and after then i was really feeling good and fresh. and I could get back to work.

If you are also in similar situtation where you don't socialize or workout much and spend most of time with computers these Mindfullness VR videos might help you too. even though you are not going through any issues like demotivation etc. You might still want to try these videos, you may feel fresh or more focused towards your work.

I just made a whole post about something similar before I saw this one! I also struggle with feeling motivated to do things and am glad I'm not alone.
