Mindfulness and Dealing with Life
Mindful living is about living with awareness in the present moment. It’s about being open-hearted, non-judgmental and allowing things to be as they are and acting compassionately toward ourselves and our experience.

When you are mindful in your life, you are paying attention to what is happening, both internally and outside of yourself, in the present moment.

Mindfulness - Emotions and feelings

Emotions are our body’s natural response to various stimuli. When you experience fear or joy, for instance, that’s your emotion at work. So in short, emotions are natural responses to stimuli and feelings are generated from mental thoughts.

@pamharley003 That's a great way to put it about mindfulness. It really helps to stay in the present moment and just acknowledge how you're feeling without judgment. Sometimes, just focusing on the here and now can make all the difference, especially when things feel overwhelming. I think it’s such a powerful tool for managing stress and staying calm. 💛
