@BlackDahlia22 Hey! I'm just kind of curious, how do you usually do your self-reflection?

I've been exploring shadow work journaling, and I'm kind of surprised that I discovered parts of me that I'd never realized before. Afterwards, I list some learnings and positive re-affirmation to balance and help embrace both my shadow and my positive self.

great Community Post, i believe in Self-Reflection as a coping skill for transition phases in life and also as a Mindfulness Tool for coping with various emotions.
