**Short post**

The holiday seasons can be overwhelming. Family, friends, work associates. So may I offer a simple suggestion to help deal with it all?

1. Moderate social interaction

2. Deep breathing

3. Reflection

4.Moderate/Lite exercise

5.Moderate alone time

@amicableox0685 And turning negatives into positives, every time something seems bad think of one positive for that situation, you'll always find one

Love these tips. It isn't exactly "holiday season" where I live right now, but I can confirm that these pointers will help anyone at any time, no matter the season. But for those celebrating, do take time for yourself and things you enjoy doing aside from time spent with loved ones

These are excellent suggestions! My stress level has been so high it caused a 4 day migraine. After work today I am going to the gym. I will put my earbuds in and block my thoughts out. This mom is mentally drained.

@HopefulOne81

Sometimes we just need a break from all the chaos so It's good that you have a place to unwind. Enjoy yourself and may your exercise session be productive and bring relaxation.
