Positive self-talk

My goal is to get back to looking at myself and acknowledging even my small successes with positive self talk.
1. I will write my positive self talk thoughts on my mirror with a dry erase marker.
2. I will read my thoughts each morning as I start my day and reflect on my progress before bed at night.
I will not:
1. Speak about myself using negative words.

I love your idea of writing in the mirror you can't avoid seeing all the positive things you write be sure to read them out loud that's fantastic. Thanks for sharing. Blessings smiley

What a great idea. That negative self talk sucks!! No need for it. Still working in it, using mindfulness. Thanks for sharing your ideas!
