How to be yourself without effort

To be yourself takes 3 things:
developing self - awareness
live life to the fullest
guard yourself against positive and negative issues.
You need to get to know the real you, who you are, what you are and what you want others to see about you. You can begin by shaping from your life history. How you were brought up, what you were taught.
WE want others to appreciate who we are without having to meet any standards, to not be judged when in life we see others judge us because of religion, gender, beliefs and opinions. We want to be accepted for whom we are not what others want.

Is it hard sometimes when you are judged for beliefs or opinions on things?
If the comments, I get are constructive I usually do not have a problem with it but see it as an opportunity to change my perspective and learn. If the judgment is based on stigma or very closed minded, I try not to let it affect me (work in progress).
