In stillness we gather, Each week a new chapter, Mindfulness our guide, In breath we abide.

Videos to lead us, In stillness to feed us, Guided breaths to take, Serenity to make.

Reuniting each week, Our practice to seek, Finding peace within, Letting go of our sin.

With open hearts and minds, We leave worries behind, Embracing the present, In mindfulness we're content.

So let us come together, In this mindful endeavor, To find peace and serenity, In each other's company –
