Single and lonely :(
Hi! I am 14 and will be a freshman this fall, and I'm single and lonely. I live in Washington State, and I can't find someone who isn't already dating someone or is in to me! Help! Where can I meet other lesbians? I'm underage so I can't join most of the chat rooms or go to a gay bar. Thanks! :)

Yes, I think it can be difficult when you don't have access to lesbian-only spaces like chatrooms and gay bars :c but! Have you tried looking for a local LGBT space? One that is minor-friendly and fun, like a workshop, activity club, charity, or some sort of organization. I don't live in the US so I don't know any, but I can definitely help you find some online!
Also, since you're just in your freshman year, I believe that you will find a few, if not many wonderful lesbians around, especially in and throughout your high school!

Im a sophmore and same, i suggest going to the GSA club or some school clubs, depending on where you live theres bound to be some gay kids.

I would recommend looking for lgbtq youth groups. I found this forum (not chat rooms) to be really helpful when I was younger. https://forum.emptyclosets.com/index.php Bars aren't really a thing in most areas right now anyway, so you aren't missing out on much there.
Unfortunately since the pandemic, our connections to the lesbian community is very limited. I have been looking for a female partner, but it seems I keep getting pushed to people I’m not into or interested in. Good luck.
