@sunnyKiwi1982

what was the situation that led yourself to this condition?

She asked for space. She wanted to unwind, breathe. Suddenly she can’t be in a commitment after 21mos of being in a relationship with me. All of a sudden too busy because of work. Said we should fix ourselves first then go back to the relationship. Then boom, just what I observed, what I felt, the gut feeling.. totally true..

I'm sorry to hear that. Your struggles and emotions are valid and it's obvious how much you really enjoyed your time in the relationship by the sadness your experiencing now. I hope you're able to heal regardless of outcome.

I am still hurting every now and then. I still cry. I can still feel every pain. My appetite is still the same, I’m good with that because I lost weight but just right for my height. Though it wasn’t a good way of losing weight. But because of almost 2 mos of sleepless nights, thinking, anxiety, depression, I have experienced a few bothersome aching in my body.

I’m with you… personally I’ve been tracking when I’m:

• in my thoughts so much that I can’t get anything done

or

• trying to distract myself and not recognising how I feel

There needs to be a balance of self-recognition/ emotional processing, and being present in your external world to craft a good life.

IT IS POSSIBLE. IT IS. Although it doesn’t feel like it now.

How are you feeling atm? x

I’m okay. There are times that I can’t help but feel so emotional. Like there’s an off/on button somewhere I can’t reach and it makes me feel like I’m back to zero where I can feel everything again, like it just happened.

100% understand that. I know it’s easy to get in the thought pattern linear growth but it’s so much more complicated than that. Your emotional system will sort itself out because that’s what it’s designed to do. All you have to do is let it do that and be there for yourself however you can.

In fact, it’s very similar to being physically sick/unwell in that regard. Your body is hardwired to make itself better, but that requires dealing with the symptoms that arise, as difficult as it can be. You are on the right path. Trust yourself ❤️

Aaaaahhhh I know, it’s *** awful. I can only speak for myself and hope you know we’re all here for you, so this might sound weird.

Idk about you but I’m at the stage of wondering if I could turn it into something else. I mean, it’s so much energy, and so strong. Always thinking of how I could dive into it and use it, you know? After this sadness tsunami subsides/dampens for a bit, can you connect with your Fire when you need? it’s there man, it is there. Passion and whatnot.

OF COURSE, if you’re not at that stage, feel no pressure to move… it’s all about intuition and taking care of your emotions, letting them do what they need to do and that xx
