I can't deal with gender dysphoria anymore

It's gotten worse over the years but now I've reached a point where I can't deal with it anymore. I isolate myself extremely and can't even go out with friends anymore (at all) because there are cis guys there and it hurts to see them.what should I do help

@communicativeApple9560 I feel your pain. I feel the same with cis girls. The dysphoria is so hard to deal with. I'm still closeted myself and it's so hard. Hang in there. There are others like us that suffer the same. Hoping this site helps. I don't even know what to do anymore.
