It can be scary to accept our sexuality, especially if we have fears about what that acceptance will mean. So if you could name some of the things that make you nervous or want to bottle up your feelings what would those reasons be?

I understand and relate to what you are feeling. I felt the same way a year ago. A thing that helped me was befriending queer people from my school/work. They empowered me and I can confide in them about my problems. If you know any queer people, try talking to them. It will make you feel less alone. Also, if it is safe for you to do so, attend any local pride/LGBTQ+ events in your area. It is nice to experience all the joy and acceptance there. It gives you hope knowing that there are people out there who see and accept you. I know this advice won't fix everything, but I hope it will help <3
