IKR! Like I want to tell my friends how I feel sometimes but then I'll be like, I don't know how to explain/justify my feelings so I don't say anything. or it'll be over something dumb ex: Someone accidentally talked over me ONE time and I'll be really sad about it all day but I can't say that's why I'm upset because I doesn't seem like that big of a deal!

Well, that's life. It's messy, complicated and really stressful , but that's what makes it interesting. If everything was really cheerful and easy, it would be boring. When you face difficulties head-on, and obtain something really good, you appreciate it more. And even though the problems people face are difficult, when you say it out loud, it sounds like nothing. Trust me, it's not nothing. And pushing these feelings down and not telling anyone will either make you emotionless, or will come back later in a huge burst of emotion you can't control.....(sorry for the looong message, hope I didn't bore you)
