Purpose: Listener Quality is an ongoing process. We are always working on improving the quality of our listeners. We do this in a number of ways: through training modules, safety initiatives, and various innovative projects run by so many of you wonderful volunteer leaders. But it goes without saying that we can always do better, so we never take our thinking caps off. The Care Team aims to provide support to those that come into the Support Rooms (LSR/TL) and make sure that they are getting well-rounded help as well as reaching out to new listeners and offer them support and resources.
