Hi all! This will be an overview of the Community Team - who is on there, what they do, and where they contribute.

Community Management Team

Community Director / Head of Community — @Heather225
I provide oversight to the community at large and handle high-level concerns regarding safety and quality. I head the community management team, driving us forward to meet your needs.

Community Manager — @Hope
I oversee the 7 Cups Academy. The academy consists of:

7 Cups Internship
Leadership Development Program
Content Development and Marketing
Group Support Program
Quality Leadership Program
Additionally, I support miscellaneous community initiatives as needed.

Community Manager — @ASilentObserver
I oversee Group Support, including Chatroom Track, and provides support to the following quality projects: Verified Listener, Listener Coaching, and Active Listening tests.

Communities Coordinator — @CheeryMango
I oversee all subcommunities. In my role, I work with community mentor leaders and sub-community leaders to increase user engagement and quality across the board.

Quality Specialist — @EvelyneRose
I cover the overall quality of the volunteer listener community and am a liaison to community managers. Please see my forum section here for what I do and do not cover, but feel free to come to me with your issue and I will help or direct you to where to go.

Safety Specialist — @Bookworm4
I help lead various safety initiatives across the site and oversee the Adult-Teen listener program. I am also a teen community advocate.

Programs Coordinator @SoulfullyAButterfly
I help coordinate the Translations Project (With 44 Available Language Groups) which is currently helping globalize 7 Cups in various languages. I also oversee the Content Volunteer Team, which is a team that helps ensure engaging and quality content including but not limited to Expert Mental Health News and Advice as well as Questions and Answers. Moreover, I have been leading the Content Development and Marketing (CDM) program for the academy.
