I feel as though someone is always watching me. Analyzing my movements, and keeping a record of all my activities. Even when I'm alone. I've had bipolar since I was twelve, and I'm tired of trying to stay alive. I kind of feel like quitting altogether.

Honestly, I don't know. Maybe it's because of my traumatic childhood. I have a constant fear of being caught doing something and being reprimanded for it, I suppose.
