back again with yet another prompt this week, which is the third in the journaling prompts series. you can find the last week's prompt here.
visualize your anger as a weather pattern. is it a fleeting storm or a lingering fog or something else? what elements contribute to its formation? how can understanding its nature help you navigate through it?

My anger is a *** tornado thats extremely violent and raging wildly, causing mass destruction and damage.

my anger is like a lightening strike out of a blue sky
@theriverissinging It's a lingering fog, blinding me from myself, I'm walking through the fog after I ran, trying to find my old self and my innocence, the fog only making more fog, my anger only getting worse when I get angry and realize I need to control it. I have power of the fog, and just need to find a way to use/get rid of it and make my life better

My anger can be classified as a class 3 hurricane, anything that is not tied down gets caught in the brunt of this storm. taking down everything in its pathway. Quick and furious.
