So I had PHP today. Snacks have been hard the last few days. So has not self-harming. So has the fact that my mom found my vape and so I don't have any nicotine. It's just been hard overall cuz I've lost all the coping mechanisms that I'm used to. 

I just wanna self-harm. I'm so anxious all of the time. Nothing really works. It feels like I'm drowning in anxiety. I almost had a panic attack today but thankfully I took my meds in time.

I don't even know what to say or think anymore.
