@whyme11 thanks for motivating me. I have heard a lot about weight watchers but unfortunately we don't have them where I live. We have only a lot of their products. I have lost a lot of weight earlier and gained it back bcuz I binge eat and bcuz mom always stress me out. 1 month back I was saying I would never diet again. So I'm glad now the idea is back again. I'm sorry for losing ur mom. And I'm happy for you that u lost that weight. I really hope to stick to diet this time. I'm very obese and it is affecting my whole life. Thanks for being so kind with me. Please write to me anything u like to share :)

That's okay, don't beat yourself up about it :)! We all go through hard times and especially since eating is such a stress-reliever from birth weren't dispositioned to want to eat a lot when we're sad, stressed etc. If you find you NEED to eat something to calm down, prepare a few rubbermaids with cut up Celery, romaine/Red lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes etc. Veges are super filling, have very little calories and are packed with all the vitamins and minerals (plus helpful good bacteria and enzymes that break down fats and meat) to keep your hunger down. Its okay! We're here to help :). I so appreciate you tagging me, and I'm still rooting for you! Have an awesome day @politecup86 !!!

Thanks a lot again. I just weigh my self and found it 343 lbs :'( this is the highest weight I have ever reached. I think I need to stop weighing my self up, at least maybe for a weak. Thanks for your advices. I will do my best to be always prepared with vegetables. You know food addict is no different from alcohol addict. Bcuz there are series things that happens to my body when the food level is less in my stomach if that makes sense :)

Yes I know exactly how that feels, its a cycle where it becomes difficult to stop. I struggle with anger and once I'm in that mind set it takes a lot to calm down and see the situation clearly. Don't look at the scale! Ignore the scale for now and focus on two main things: 1. You need to change what you're eating so that you can put in as much as you like and feel full, without burdening your digestion with bad things like simple carbs (white bread, pastries, cakes, etc), sugars (especially refined sugars and candies) and BAD fats (trans fats are the worst, then saturated fats are second worst)(potatoes chips, burgers and anything deep fried or pan fried above medium heat). 2. You need to focus on keeping your self-image positive and developing a routine of positive thinking and actions. I recommend yoga and walking at first as these aren't very hard on the joints and help circulate blood flow to your hands and feet. Other than that, just keep your head up and don't give up! This is your life and you are in control! No one knows you better and no one can help you more than YOU :)! Remove the bad things and thoughts from view and focus on the good! You're a wonderful person and you are beautiful!

I'm glad that I can help :)! You're very welcome @politecup86! I'm happy to help you on your journey, since I myself struggled with my weight and self-image a lot as a young man, I know its hard to do without someone to keep you motivated so feel free to post if you need any help, have any questions and I'll do my best. That's okay, I'm actually a Bipolar1 so the anger is all part of the territory... Its actually the reason my ex-wife and I are separated :(. We have a seven month old and I'm really trying to work things out and get my family back in my life. Helping people, especially nice people who deserve it, like yourself, makes things a little easier to handle. Its good to know there are like-minded people out there going through similar circumstances. We all have our dreams to attain and needs to meet, right? Thank you for your concern, just chatting every now and again is helping to keep me centered :).
