How today went (trigger warnings)

I had an okay day but the urges just got to stronger and I ended up self harming in the school bathroom which I don't suggest because I was bleeding everywhere and couldn't get it to stop and just had to pull my sleeve over but I have had urges since I came home so I just fell asleep and now i'm going to be tired tomorrow at school and I feel like i'm on the verge of tears for some reason.
