Thinking= Meditation: How To Start
Thinking is hard for most, yet during my time, I tended to avoid others and keep to myself. I made sure not to be bothered by others, much, when I was in my teenage years. This gave me plently of alone to to sit with myself and think, think, thiiiiiiink-Blues Clues!
As I started to navigate my mind, I had no idea at first this was actually meditation. Meditation helps us listen to ourselves: Heart and Mind. So when we have the peace, we will start to realize at some point, the thoughts will start popping up. We shouldn't avoid them as they come, we should only listen! Buddah says at that point, you really start hearing yourself, your needs, your wants and you focus on that.
This is a great step into goal-setting. To make the Goal, to imagine how you are going to accomplish that goal , and to then start an action plan and actually push yourself into accomplish it. Should problems arrise, you can go back to meditation. Think and feel your way through this process and do not ignore it!
I learned from the IDGs course, that this is such a fundamental part of who we are.
How do you incorporate meditation into your life? Is there something else you do that helps? What ways do you tackle your PART 02?

That's an awesome post! I think many of us can relate.
For me, I usually go for a walk, it helps me clear my mind😄

Meditation can come in many different forms! For me, being outside and paying attention to nature is my favorite form. I also enjoy a more structured meditation that involves a mantra and guided deep breathing!
