Becoming Self-Aware

There are different levels of consciousness for everyone! No suprise, huh?

There are also many who have yet to become more aware ( self-awareness) . There level of conscious is still dream activated or they have been following their hearts ( not an awful thing to do).

The only disposition that happens is when,  it becomes something called disillusionment. Disillusionment is the waking up of once into reality and realizing is it isn't what you thought it was, essentially. This can be a total collapse of belief systems, even be the cause of Extensial Crises. Which is not inherently, bad. This is your chance!

"Who am I ?" is the best question to start with, in my opinion. 🤗 It can be a journey of becoming so free. To get to where you want to be, you will have to start here and possibly navigate the following: biases, values, morals, personality, astrology , Principles, Ethic etc. ( if you want! you can learn your birth chart and start knowing you more as well. ) I know I did!  Maybe navigate spirituality and learn what ego death is, that was fun for me to learn as well.  The worst part-and this isn't the easy part- is navigating that "Shadow Work" ,  the Swiss Psychatrist , Carl Jung Identifed in some of his works.

Being self-aware then leads to knowing your meaning and purpose in the world and all you want to accomplish and it is defintely an IDG one should work towards.  The learning yourself can lead you into an utter self-awareness, I reached and obtained. That isn't to say do what I did, just know what you can do , to become more self-aware on your own.

Best Wishes!

That is an interesting observation and one that is not often considered. It is common for people to really struggle with who they are once they start diving into this world.

Essentially by default, we are greatly influenced by our environment and upbringing and to find out that you are not entirely who you are based on your own free will can be devastating.

I think partly because we are too quick to label ourselves and we do barely anything with the actual labels. The point of label is to help you fix any issues it identifies. For example if you find out your inability to take risk is not because you are too mature but because you are terrified of failure, being afraid of failure is hardly a pleasent thing to know but what we do with this info will determine what good all this self exploration will do for us.

Self-awareness can be such a complex, yet fascinating topic! Figuring out who you are can be just as intimidating and sad as it can be joyful and welcoming. We are multifaceted beings who have many sides to us. So much to explore!
