A different world
I LOVE anime,games and mangás, it make me calm some times of course ^^ my hobbie is playing watch anime and read mangás but what i really like is cosplaying is being in the skin of a character that we like, is like a dream (: we get to do clothes like the original character or even create a diferent style *---* or we can be lazys sometimes but is better when we do ourself ^><^ on events we can make friend easyer and get so much fun *3* i reallyyyyy really suggest to who is thinking on it to do somes its one of the best sensation, we feel really cleared. Love you guys <3

@Kallie112358 i would love to tell you more (: I came from suiça when i was 10 years old, i never really had a friend, i am depressive,bipolar, i suffer from anxiety and other things to... i was bullied... i started little liking games and anime,thats were i gain forces to continue living, i really never felt anything because i only had pain... with games and animes i got emotions, happines,sadness,curiousity and so many more emotions... without that i surely wouldn't be here today.. i searched about animes and it looked like there was something called cosplay,litteraly costume role playing, i really was on to it but i never really did it because i didn't had money... but this year i got a way to make 2 cosplays, my first one were a mess but i love the time i spent with it... i really feel that i was living when i was doing it and the second one was only a costume( that is atually a pijama xDD ) i got to an event called iberanime at i used thoses 2 cosplays for the first time i felt noticed.. i wasn't alone ^^ its a great way of making friends and having fun... i surely recomend it :33

I very much agree!~ I've been into anime and manga since I was about 7 years old and I've been drawing it ever since. The Otaku (anime fan) community is so close and growing. Going to cons you meet so many amazing people, not to mention some of them hand make amazing costumes. I find cosplay being really helpful for shy people because they feel like they can be their real selves when they are dressed up. That's probably because you don't feel as personally judged and restrained. The Otaku community is very open minded and accepting of people from many different walks of life and places in the world. You are never too old to be an anime fan.
