What's your most recent achievement?
Broke my cycle of anxiety and depression by finally doing yoga. Meditating, remembering mindfulness and taking everything slowly with appreciation no matter what
I finally finished my cover letter and aplied to a job!!
@RETT - Woohoo! Well done and good luck in applications!
@Anomalia
Thanks! I was really stressed about it but now it's done. On to the next one . . .
Last night I went to a support group meeting for eating disorders. It was the first time I actually went to this group, even though I've known about it since approximately October (or maybe November) - they meet only once per month.
I did not allow ED to talk me out of attending this time! Go healthy me, go!
@anomalia @rozie @everyone who has an ED now or who has struggled with EDs in the past, members and listeners alike
@cyanPlatypus6370 - YAY!!! I'm so proud of you for pushing outside of your comfort zone and letting healthy you take control away from ED and get to the meeting. You're amazing!
@cyanPlatypus6370
Well done Platy!
I dont know that i have recent achievements, i would say making a friend and not messing it up between us so far. Other than that i feel very unachieved im not sure i have what it takes to go to school, id rather not start if i cant get through it. And im always falling behind in housework these days its so stressful. Plus keeping up at my job is always a challenge as its fast food and speed is not my strength. Plus i still have very little contact with my family. Feeling useless and overwhelmed and helpless.
I'm still here!!!
