What's your most recent achievement?
I started seeing a therapist and scheduled a weekly appointment with a trainer at my gym to force me to go out more. Since I've been isolating myself for the past few weeks.
@LegallyBlonde - It sounds like both of those are great steps to helping you get out more, but also to help give you some extra support. Way to go!

I calmed myself down from an anxiety attack. I know that doesn't seem like anything, but it was something for me.
@thelonesomerider - That's not easy to do - well done! What do you think helped you most in calming yourself? Is it something you can use again in the future?
@Anomalia It's a bit embarrassing, actually, but I watched a bit of Criminal Minds. Matthew Gray Gubler always makes me feel better for some reason haha
Went outside by myself to finish a task assigned by my manager. I think I did well.
