What's your most recent achievement?
I'm back skateboarding after I broke my 2 front teeth.
Also have "new" teeth.
I started this year at 39 yo

@HeyItsMish this is a sad thing to write down. You must be able to think of something you feel proud of? Getting out of bed if you feel that bad is one.
@HeyItsMish well I have to say, that's what we all feel like at times its very normal , make small goals and achieve them one by one. That's how I got successful
@HeyItsMish I feel like that sometimes too. Youre on here though, arent you? Thats an achievement, making the decision to at least try to change and better yourself. Dont focus on what you couldve done or wish you didnt do, but what you can do now and what youd like to do in the future.

Got rid of negative thoughts and people

at the clinic waiting for appointment i badly wanted to kick boxes over but i kept emotion in check of anger
