Drawing can help you release stress and anxiety and that's not all, drawing painting sculpting or any other form of arts help you boost your imagination and creativity, drawing also helps to cope up with anxiety and stress in a very healthy way, and most importantly everyone can draw and its a fun activity!! it lets you discover yourself. @Simbathelioncub I totally agree! I think drawing is such a great way to relieve stress and take your mind off something that isn't negative. There's a reason why event art is so popular. I think being creative is one of the best ways to cope with hard times because you're able to distract yourself by doing something productive that's also really fun. Personally, I really like drawing when I'm really stressed out about school or life. And after relieving stress at the end you get to have a nice drawing to look at.
